Shipping Policy:

Free domestic shipping for a purchase of $50.00 or more from www.basementcouch.com for delivery in the USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and any other US territories, for all purchases made over $50. This offer is only valid on in-stock Basement Couch products. Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and actual delivery times may vary. Price adjustments will not be allowed on previous purchases, and purchases are not redeemable for cash. Free shipping is available to all merchandise that meet the price requirement of $50, but does not include discounts, special promotions, or any other pricing exceptions. IF THE INCORRECT ADDRESS IS PROVIDED AND BASEMENT COUCH IS NOT NOTIFIED BEFORE SHIPPING, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS FROM BASEMENT COUCH'S OFFICE. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. It is the right of the company to change this policy at any time.

International Shipping

DHL is the company we use for international shipping. Free international shipping for a single purchase of merchandise from www.basementcouch.com for  all purchases made over $100. This offer is only valid on in-stock Basement Couch products. Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days and actual delivery times may vary. Price adjustments will not be allowed on previous purchases, and purchases are not redeemable for cash. Free shipping is available to all merchandise that meet the price requirement of $100, but does not include discounts, special promotions, or any other pricing exceptions. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Free shipping is NOT applicable to packages returned to Loser Brand due to an incorrect address. Customer will be responsible for paying for the second delivery to the correct address. It is the right of the company to change this policy at any time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nicholasriviera@loserbrand.onmicrosoft.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges for any faulty or damaged products (during shipping) that arrived within 30 days of purchase (international purchases must pay shipping). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If you have simply changed your mind about the product, the same policy above applies, we only ask that you pay for shipping. No restocking fees applied to any unused returns.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Normal wear/incorrect wash method is not eligible for free return; subject to a fee or refusal.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Limit 1 size exchange per purchase 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email nicholasriviera@basementcouch.onmicrosoft.com to let us know you would like to return/exchange and a brief description of the issue
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Apply shipping label and send all items back to us. If the product is damaged or faulty, we will send you a prepaid label to use!
